LadyElle Publishing is a small, independent publisher of print books. LadyElle Publishing was founded in 2005 and currently headquartered, owned and operated in Lakeland, Florida by Best Selling Author Lalaina Knowles with a vision and one title. After the unexpected success of her novella Twisted Karma (7,300+ copies sold to date) and landing at #4 on Big Time Publishing Magazine's Top Ten Books list, amongst authors such as Carl Weber, TuShonda Whitaker and Eric Pete; Ms. Knowles wanted to offer oppourtunities to determined writers and aspiring authors who wanted a chance to be heard in the realm of literacy and LEP was established. LEP is dedicated to bringing the freshest, hippest, most talented and inspiring voices in literature and helping writers, aspiring and veterans alike, showcase their skills and acheive their dream of becoming a published author.

LEP currently publishes Urban Contemporary Fiction, Romance, Chick-Lit, Christian Fiction and Nonfiction, Young Adult Fiction, and Self Help. We do not publish poetry at this time. In addition, LEP supports and advocates for the literacy of today's youth. Ms. Knowles and the LadyElle Staff supports the Reading Is Fundamental (RIF) Multicultural Literacy Campaign and is working with Congress to continue federal funding and help stamp out illiteracy.
